High Speed High Flow Fabric dyeing machine / scouring machine,
textile dyeing machinery, textile dyeing machines is widely
accepted, because of its excellent performance and, technically
upgarded machine for fabric scouring and dyeing of woven and knitted
material, especially those material sensitive to crease marks such
as polyester and micro fibre etc. It minimizes some resistance and
friction coefficient also under high speed circulation of fabric
and by new concept of design on the body structure.
Features :
- Ultra-sensitive which makes possible a regular traveling
under speed,
- Lifter reel driven by frequency invertor controlled motor,
for fabrics speed up to 625 Mtrs./Min,
- Highly efficient heat exchanger is a companion to the high
fabric speed to ensure the shortest possible dyeing cycle, with
fast heating and cooling,
- Pressure vessel and all wet parts of machine made of
stainless steel AISI 316/316 L highly corrosion resistant,
- All flanges, plaiter, take off roller is also made out of
stainless steel 304,
- Machine gives crimp effect as well as to realize soft touch
and solid sense of materials to be dyed,
- Bigger capacity Colour Kitchen tank with valve for auto
dozing,
- All safety device required for a pressure vessel is
incorporated with the machine,
- Magnetic level indicator with duly calibrated in terms of
liter,
- Reversing nozzle for tangling release system.
Optional:-
- Feed pump to colour kitchen tank.
- Seam Detector.
- Fully automatic device with PLC and Pneumatic Operated
Control Valves.
