Features :

Newly developed high flow soft nozzle machine, textile scouring machine is suitable for light synthetic woven light to heavy synthetic and cotton knitted fabric.
Innovative chamber design and dynamic liquor circulation system allows fabric speed upto 350 Mtrs Min.
Innovative Soft Flow Nozzle ensures voluminous liquore intercharge while avoiding twisting and pilling effect.
Overflow rinsing system which shortens rinsing time and saves water usage.
Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump for optional dye liquore circulation.
Low RPM pump which consume low power and high discharge of liquore.
Highly efficient heat exchanger to ensure the shortest possible dyeing cycle with fast heating and cooling.
A vertical filtering device to separate out unwanted particles. One can clean the filter during low temp. application without stopping the machine.
Pressure vessel and all wet parts of machine made of stainless steel AISI 316/316 L highly corrosive resistance.
All flanges, plaiter, take off roller is also made out of stainless steel 304. Reversing nozzle for tangling release system.
Magnetic level indicator with duly calibrated in terms of liter. Bigger capacity colour kitchen tank with valves for auto dozing.
All safety device required for a pressure vessel is incorporated with the machine.
Out finish Shot Blasted.
