H.T.H.P. "O" TYPE SOFT FLOW FABRIC DYEING MACHINE

"TEXFAB" Soft Flow Fabric Dyeing Machinery / Scouring Machinery is laid out for the dyeing of light and heavy knitted fabric of cotton polyester and its blends.
Soft flow scouring dyeing machinery, soft flow fabric dyeing machinery, fabric dyeing machinery offers new kind of technical advantages with regards to process times, total energy consumption and fabric appearance.
The fabric dyeing machinery, soft flow fabric dyeing machinery has the liquor ratio starting with 1:5 for polyester and 1:8 for cotton.The Soft Nozzle and penetration pipe have been especially conceived for mild surface treatment of the material to be dyed. Pressure vessel and all wet parts of machine are made of stainless steel AISI 316/316 L which are highly corrosion resistance.

Features :

• The special full flooded nozzle and nozzle diameter up to 200 mm.
  
• Rapid heating and cooling, over flow rinse, and pump to drain.
• Power clean, highly efficient spray system for boil out and machine cleaning.
• One basket holding capacity is 125 Kg of fabric,
• Has low RPM pump which consume low power and high discharge of liquor,
• Lifter reel driven by frequency inventor controlled motor, for fabric speed up to 300 Mtrs / Min., subject to quality of fabric.
• Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump for optional dye liquor circulation.
• All flanges, plaiter, take off roller is also made out of stainless steel 304.
• All safety device are incorporated with the machine required for a pressure vessel.
• Bigger capacity Colour Kitchen tank with valves for auto dozing.
• Out finish Shot Blasted.

• Feed pump to colour Kitchen Tank.
• Seam Detector.
• Fully automatic device with PLC and Pneumatic Operated Control Valves.
